Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the ARGUS website, applications, observability services, documentation, and related features. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using ARGUS, you agree to these Terms.
01

About ARGUS

ARGUS is an intelligent observability software service operated from India. References to “ARGUS”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean the operator of the ARGUS service. You can contact us at support@microvorks.com.

02

Accounts and eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, activity under your account, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

03

Subscriptions, billing, and taxes

Paid plans are billed in advance at the price, currency, billing interval, and applicable taxes shown at checkout. Paddle acts as our merchant of record and processes payments, invoices, taxes, and related billing support. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle’s applicable checkout terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing interval unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms.

04

Permitted use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use ARGUS during your subscription for lawful internal business purposes.

  • Do not probe, scan, or test systems without authorization.
  • Do not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or copy the service except where law expressly permits.
  • Do not upload malware, unlawfully collected data, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
  • Do not use the service to violate privacy, security, export-control, or other applicable laws.
05

Customer data and telemetry

You retain ownership of data you submit or connect to ARGUS. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and analyze that data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You confirm that you have all permissions needed to provide the data. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal data.

06

ARGUS intellectual property

ARGUS, its software, designs, documentation, trademarks, and service-generated materials remain owned by us or our licensors. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

07

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but previews, beta features, integrations, and artificial-intelligence outputs may change, contain errors, or be discontinued. We may perform maintenance or suspend access where necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, or material breach.

08

AI-assisted insights

ARGUS may provide automated correlations, summaries, cost estimates, and recommended actions. These are decision-support outputs, not guarantees. You remain responsible for reviewing recommendations before applying changes to production systems, budgets, or security controls.

09

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARGUS is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for ARGUS during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10

Termination

You may stop using ARGUS or cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or non-payment. Rights and obligations that should reasonably survive termination—including payment, ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.

11

Governing law and updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be submitted to courts of competent jurisdiction in India, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. We will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
