Who we are

Information we collect

Account and contact information, such as name, work email, company, role, and authentication details.
Subscription and transaction information. Payments are processed by Paddle; we receive transaction, plan, status, country, and billing-support details, but not your full card number.
Product usage and device information, including pages viewed, feature interactions, browser, IP address, approximate location, and diagnostic events.
Customer telemetry and connected-system data you choose to send to ARGUS, which may include logs, metrics, traces, model usage, identifiers, and incident context.
Communications, feedback, and support requests you send to us.

How we use information

Provide, authenticate, operate, and support ARGUS.
Process subscriptions, prevent fraud, maintain records, and meet tax and legal obligations.
Monitor reliability, security, performance, feature adoption, and AI cost usage.
Investigate incidents and generate requested correlations, summaries, and recommendations.
Communicate service notices, respond to questions, and send marketing only where permitted.
Enforce our Terms and protect users, ARGUS, and third parties.

Legal grounds

Where applicable, we process information to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, comply with legal obligations, and act on consent when consent is required. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

How we share information

We share information only as needed with service providers supporting hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics, communications, customer support, and professional advice. Paddle is our merchant of record and independently handles payment and tax information under its own privacy terms.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a corporate transaction, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information.

International processing

ARGUS is operated from India and may use providers in other countries. When personal information crosses borders, we use appropriate contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards as required by applicable law.

Retention

We retain account and service data for as long as needed to provide ARGUS and meet contractual, security, tax, dispute-resolution, and legal obligations. Customer telemetry follows the retention period configured for the applicable plan or agreed contract. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that no longer identifies a person.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Customers remain responsible for configuring integrations, permissions, secrets, and retention appropriately.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; or complain to a data-protection authority. Email support@microvorks.com to submit a request. We may verify your identity before acting. You may opt out of non-essential marketing at any time.

Cookies and similar technologies

We may use essential cookies for authentication, security, and preferences, plus analytics technologies where permitted. Browser controls can block certain cookies, although essential functions may then be unavailable.

Children

ARGUS is a business-oriented service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required to consent in their jurisdiction. Contact us if you believe a child provided information.
